Propel One.AI is a growth platform built for Trade and Home Services Businesses. We help contractors win more jobs through stronger online visibility, better reviews, smarter follow-up systems, and AI-powered growth execution.

Our focus is simple: help plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, electricians, remodelers, painters, landscapers, and similar businesses grow faster without adding unnecessary complexity.

We are hiring a Demand Generation Marketer who understands how to attract and convert decision-makers in the U.S. home services market.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for creating interest, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales conversations.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution skills with modern AI-enabled productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation
  • Build and execute lead generation initiatives targeting U.S. home services businesses
  • Drive demand through LinkedIn, email outreach, landing pages, newsletters, webinars, and partner channels
  • Maintain a monthly pipeline-building calendar focused on qualified meetings and inbound interest
  • Support outbound prospecting with messaging, assets, and follow-up systems

AI-Powered Execution
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, or similar platforms for faster execution
  • Use AI for research, copy drafts, landing page creation, content ideas, and workflow efficiency
  • Continuously identify tools that improve output and speed

Reporting & Optimization
  • Track leads, CPL, booked calls, webinar signups, open rates, and conversion performance
  • Recommend improvements based on data and performance trends
  • Work closely with leadership and sales to improve ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, B2B lead generation, or content-led growth roles
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in marketing to U.S. home services businesses
  • Proven experience generating qualified leads and pipeline opportunities
  • Strong understanding of landing pages, email outreach, webinars, lead magnets, and nurture flows
  • Good copywriting skills for offers, outreach, ads, and thought leadership content
  • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day marketing execution
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion journeys
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Good to Have
  • Experience in SaaS, local SEO, review management, or reputation marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms
  • Experience working closely with sales teams on lead handoff and follow-up
  • Exposure to LinkedIn organic growth and outbound prospecting

Working Hours - 6 pm to 2.30 am

Working Days - Mon - Fri

Salary - 4.8 LPA to 6 LPA
