We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue across priority segments. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified demand. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and RevOps to deliver measurable impact across the funnel - from first touch through opportunity creation.

What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels (paid media, email, webinars, events, content syndication, ABM, etc.)
- Partner with Sales leadership to align on target accounts, segments, and pipeline priorities
- Develop and optimize full-funnel programs - from awareness to conversion to acceleration
- Manage paid acquisition channels, budgets, and performance to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate messaging into high-performing campaigns and offers
- Work with Marketing Operations to ensure proper tracking, attribution, lead scoring, and funnel reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data and insights
- Launch and scale account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for enterprise targets
- Support field marketing programs, events, and regional pipeline initiatives
- Forecast pipeline contribution and report on performance against goals
- Test new channels, tactics, and growth opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong understanding of modern marketing channels, funnel metrics, and attribution models
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with ABM tools and strategies is a strong plus
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
