Duties/ Roles Responsibilities
- Conduct market scouting to identify ongoing and upcoming construction sites within the assigned territory.
- Target ongoing and upcoming construction sites, identify and collect details/links of construction sites.
- Visit residential, commercial, and institutional construction sites to understand tile requirements and project status.
- Create and maintain a database of construction sites, contractors, site engineers, supervisors, and decision-makers.
- Generate demand by indirectly pitching the Company Tiles to contractors, masons, and site personnel.
- Educate contractors and site teams about Company products, applications, quality, and brand advantages.
- Generate qualified leads from construction sites and hand them over the same to the companysalespersons for closure.
- Invite contractors, builders, and site decision-makers to the nearest Company Tiles showroom for product viewing and selection.
- Coordinate with the salesteam and channel partners to ensure smooth follow-up on generated leads.
- Track daily site visits, interactions, and lead status, and submit regular activity and MIS reports .
- Support local promotional activities, product displays, and brand visibility initiatives as required.
