Key Responsibilities:

Production Support Management: Lead and manage production systems to ensure continuous uptime and stability.
Issue Resolution: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly to maintain service levels.
Supply Chain Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of supply chain processes to support and optimize production systems.
Technical Leadership: Guide teams with expertise in Java and SQL for production support tasks.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and management to report status, escalate issues, and recommend solutions.
Decision Making: Make informed decisions quickly to maintain application availability and operational efficiency.
