The professional will work with colleagues and senior leaders in India and across Global Operate. The professional willneedtodevelopaknowledgeofthefirm'sOperatebusiness andstrategic Clients & Industries priorities to support the execution of Global Operate Industry activation initiatives that drive business growth. The professional will lead strategic analyses, manage key workstreams, develop executive-level recommendations, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve business outcomes. This role serves as a key connector across stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities, managing priorities, and advancing Operate Industry activations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of strategic analysis and reporting aligned to Operate Industry priorities, translating sales, pipeline, revenue, and market intelligence into actionable insights that support business growth.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and recommendations for Global Operate, Industry, and Sector leadership, synthesizing complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear business narratives.
- Manage discrete Operate Industry and Sector activation initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with Global Industry Operate Champions, Industry leaders, Sector leaders, and account teams to support growth initiatives, including sales campaigns, client account programs, workshops, and leadership forums.
- Serve as a key point of coordination across Global Operate functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Delivery, and Technology, to advance Industry and Sector priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive project management activities across multiple workstreams, proactively managing timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and deliverables.
- Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and leading practices to support the evolution of Operate Industry strategy and activation approaches.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across the Operate Industry community, helping scale successful activation models and growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Global, Member Firm, and USI teams, fostering collaboration across geographies and ensuring effective delivery of priorities.
- Support the preparation of leadership updates, business reviews, and executive discussions through insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Coach and provide day-to-day guidance to Consultants and junior practitioners, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to team operations, capability building, process improvement, and the development of tools, templates, and resources that enhance team effectiveness.
