Technology Fellow, Product Architect

HUMAN CAPITAL

The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Work you'll do:

  • Technology Leadership:
    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced solutions across full-stack, data science, agentic AI, and hyperscaler platforms.
    • Oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation to production deployment, including fine-tuning and performance optimization.
    • Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and integrate them into the product and solution roadmap.
  • Innovation & Asset Development:
    • Co-develop innovative assets with clients, business, and product teams to address complex human capital challenges.
    • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of experimentation and learning.
  • Domain Expertise:
    • Apply deep domain knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) to inform technology strategy and solution design.
    • Leverage experience in HCM innovation to deliver differentiated offerings.
  • Agile & Product Delivery:
    • Lead sprint planning, agile execution, and iterative delivery of technology solutions.
    • Ensure alignment between business objectives, product vision, and technical execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, business leaders, and technology partners.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
    • Align stakeholders on priorities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Go-to-Market & Monetization:
    • Collaborate with business teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
    • Identify opportunities to monetize products and assets, ensuring commercial viability.
  • Ethics & Compliance:
    • Ensure all solutions adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Proactively address ethical considerations in AI and data-driven solutions.
    • Qualifications Required:
    • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on HCM innovation.
    • Expertise in full-stack development, data science, agentic AI, hyperscaler platforms, and major technology ecosystems.
    • Proven experience in product lifecycle management, production deployment, fine-tuning, and performance improvement.
    • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to co-develop solutions with clients and cross-functional teams.
    • Deep understanding of the technology landscape and emerging trends.
    • Experience in go-to-market strategy development and product monetization.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
    • Strong awareness of ethical, regulatory, and compliance considerations in technology.
