Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Delmia Ortems – Immediate Joiner. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Delmia Ortems planning and scheduling solutions to support client manufacturing and operations processes. Daily tasks include analyzing production workflows, setting up and adjusting planning parameters, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling. The role also includes preparing documentation, providing user support and training, and working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system configurations. The successful candidate will engage in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices for Delmia Ortems implementations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Carpentry with the ability to interpret technical drawings and production layouts.
- Proficiency in Hand Tools for precise assembly, adjustments, and finishing work as required in project execution.
- Experience using Power Tools safely and efficiently in environments that require accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Knowledge of Framing techniques applicable to structural or layout construction in project or prototype environments.
- Capability in Finish Carpentry, ensuring high-quality, detailed completion of components and assemblies.
- Experience with manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally with exposure to production planning or scheduling tools such as Delmia Ortems or similar solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant technical or engineering education, or equivalent practical experience in manufacturing, operations, or systems configuration.
- Willingness to join immediately and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and client requirements.
