Job Description Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and support implementation activities for airline customers, including major deliveries, migrations, and associated services. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, risk analysis, and hands-on involvement in transitioning customers from legacy airline systems to Amadeus solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Common Accountabilities
- Apply advanced technical/functional knowledge in your domain and understand how your work contributes to overall business success.
- Act as a subjectmatter reference for colleagues and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Anticipate dependencies and risks, influence decisions within your scope, and contribute to crossteam projects.
- Propose improvements to processes while taking accountability for personal and team deliverables.
- Work independently within agreed project plans, seeking guidance only in highly complex situations.
ProjectSpecific Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate endtoend airline implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and scope.
- Analyse project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders and line management.
- Drive collaboration with internal and external teams involved in delivery and implementation phases.
- Define, validate, and support execution of the migration strategy from legacy airline systems to Amadeus platforms.
- Partner with customers to optimise and re-engineer business processes aligned with Amadeus products.
- Oversee system setup/configuration according to customer requirements and approved scope.
- Ensure issue tracking, review corrective actions, and validate resolutions for documented problems.
- Coordinate and execute cutover rehearsals, readiness checks, and support production cutover activities for a seamless golive.
