Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Delivery Riders, based in pune. Key responsibilities include picking up and delivering orders to customers accurately and on time, following assigned routes, and adhering to company safety protocols. Delivery Riders will also provide excellent customer service, upkeep delivery records, and efficiently handle products. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless delivery experience for bigbasket customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in navigating delivery routes using maps and GPS applications
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Basic communication skills in the local language to interact with customers
- Possession of a two-wheeler, a valid driving license, and relevant vehicle documents
- Ability to handle and transport goods securely and responsibly
- Familiarity with local roads and areas in Aurangabad
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to workplace safety
- Prior experience in a delivery role is a plus but not mandatory
