This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Rider role based in Bengaluru North. The Delivery Rider will ensure the timely and safe delivery of products to customers. Responsibilities include collecting orders from the distribution center, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing superior customer service. Additional responsibilities involve verifying the condition of products during transit and adhering to traffic regulations to ensure efficient and secure deliveries.

• Proficient in local area navigation and the ability to use GPS devices or map applications for efficient delivery routes.
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with customers and handle inquiries or concerns.
• Basic record-keeping skills to maintain delivery logs and payment records.
• Valid two-wheeler driver's license and familiarity with traffic regulations and road safety.
• Physical fitness to handle and transport products safely and efficiently.
• Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Prior delivery experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
