Delivery Rider

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customers safely and on time.
• 
  
• Ensure the package is handled with care and delivered in good condition.
• 
  
• Collect payment or digital confirmation, if required.
• 
  
• Plan efficient routes using maps or navigation tools.
• 
  
• Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.
• 
  
• Report any issues or delays to the supervisor or dispatch team.
• 
  
• Maintain the bike in good working condition and report any faults immediately.
• 
  

Requirements:

• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
• 
  
• Own bike and also company provided on rent
• 
  
• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones and map applications.
• 
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• 
  
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• 
  
• Physically fit and comfortable with field work.
