Service Delivery Lead/Manager


Who are we looking for


A senior-level individual to manage a project for one of our biggest clients in Real estate domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.


Years of Exp – 12


Technical Skills:



  • Proven working experience as a Service Delivery Manager in [industry or domain] managing production support engagement in Managed services.

  • Coordinate resolution of production incidents, escalate issues when required, and drive root-cause analysis and long-term solutions

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and driving the team adhering to them

  • Good understanding of Service Now tool and generation of various reports through SNOW

  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools such as MS Project, Jira, Monitoring tools or similar platforms.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Excellent experience in production support-related projects with hands on Incident management, escalation handling.

  • Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.

  • Experience collaborating with production support teams and managing incidents, service requests, and operational improvements.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Coordinate and oversee project teams, assigning tasks and managing resources effectively.

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

  • Lead meetings and provide strong leadership to project teams.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Collaborate with production support teams to ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational support.

  • Ensure operational stability by aligning project deliverables with support readiness, system monitoring, and maintenance requirements.

  • Good to have ITIL or equivalent certification.


Process Skills:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Capable of analyzing issues and guide the team to permanent fixes

  • Develop and peer review (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)


Behavioral Skills:



  • Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

  • Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.


Certification:



  • Any relevant certification would be added advantage
