Role Description The Delivery Project Manager (14+ Years) will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and compliance standards. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing expediting and inspection activities, and addressing risks and issues to keep delivery on track. The person in this role will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and provide regular status reports and governance updates. Responsibilities also include optimizing logistics and resource allocation, driving process improvements, mentoring project team members, and ensuring alignment with IntelliCredence's delivery frameworks and best practices. The Delivery Project Manager will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting account growth through reliable and transparent project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex IT customer projects from initiation through transition and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, delivery strategy, schedules, milestones, and success measures.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and SLA commitments.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams, technologies, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary delivery interface for strategic customer engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct governance meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Governance, Risk & Delivery Assurance
- Establish project governance frameworks and delivery controls.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation and contingency planning.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, and organizational processes.
- Lead change requests, scope management, and escalation management activities.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Own project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and cost optimization.
- Monitor project profitability and resource utilization.
- Support commercial discussions and ensure contractual obligations are achieved.
- Drive delivery efficiency while maintaining service excellence.
Team Leadership & Resource Managment
- Lead cross-functional project teams including delivery, engineering, infrastructure, operations, and vendor partners.
- Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and delivery execution.
- Mentor project team members and promote a high-performance delivery culture.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive delivery transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across project delivery.
- Support continual service improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 12–15 years of overall IT industry experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience managing large customer projects, delivery programs, or enterprise engagements.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects across global delivery models.
Mandatory Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner

- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
