Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C# and related technologies.
Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Mandatory Skills
Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
Strong proficiency in WPF, WCF, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Docker, Angula
Experience with .NET framework and related technologies.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL Server.
Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in software development or project management are a plus.
