Experience required in:

• Overall experience of 20+ years with minimum of last 5+ years in a Delivery Partner Delivery Head equivalent leadership role
• Must have handled 23 large strategic accounts large portfolios
• Should have demonstrated experience in growing large customer accounts through expansion upselling cross-selling and transformation-led opportunities
• Should have managed an integrated portfolio across multiple technology towers including Applications, Data Analytics, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QE Testing, Digital and emerging technologies
• Should have strong understanding of both application and infrastructure services and the ability to orchestrate multiple technology towers under a common delivery model
• Should have handled large engagements across staffing managed services outcome-based and transformation delivery models
• Should be well versed on Agile DevOps service delivery models and large-scale transition transformation programs
• Should have end-to-end delivery and operational responsibility for large complex and integrated technology portfolios
• Should be able to drive continuous improvement standardization automation AI adoption and innovation across delivery processes methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency quality and customer value
• Should be able to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions working closely with Sales and Account Management teams to maximize revenue and profitability
• Comes from a strong technology background with at least 10 years of experience in core technology roles earlier in the career
• possesses sufficient technical acumen to participate in solutioning challenge technology teams and confidently engage customers on technology matters
• Should have experience managing large global delivery organizations with distributed teams across offshore and onsite locations
• Should have experience working with customers across Americas Europe APAC andor Middle East
• Should have been responsible for P L revenue margin cost utilization and overall financial performance of large accounts portfolios
• Should have actively participated in large RFPsRFIs and strategic pursuits
• Should have the ability to construct integrated deal solutions delivery models transition approaches RFP structures and commercial responses
• Should have experience in large-scale transition transformation and service consolidation programs involving multiple technology towers
• Should have excellent communication presentation negotiation and executive stakeholder management skills
• Should have experience working in a matrix organization effectively navigating multiple business technology sales practice and corporate stakeholders
• Should have strong understanding of governance quality operations risk compliance SLA, KPI management and financial matters
• Should be capable of building and nurturing a strong delivery leadership layer including Program Managers, Delivery Managers, Technology Leads and Practice leaders
• Should drive workforce optimization offshore leverage productivity improvement talent development and succession planning across the integrated portfolio
• Experience across multiple enterprise industries will be beneficial
