This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Partner based in the Pune Division. The Delivery Partner will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, managing customer service interactions, and collaborating with various departments. The role also includes handling goods, operating equipment when necessary, and assisting in maintaining quality standards during service delivery.

• Proven skills in Customer Service with the ability to effectively address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
• Experience in Forklift Operation and handling goods safely and efficiently
• Ability to provide Training to team members to maintain service standards
• Familiarity with Sales processes and customer engagement strategies
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry operations and standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in logistics, business, or related field is a plus
