Job Description: Delivery Partner

The Delivery Partner at USEReady plays a critical role in ensuring customer success and delight across all projects and engagements. Working closely with the Client Partner and Solution Partner, this role bridges the gap between technology and people, ensuring smooth delivery regardless of the engagement model—whether Time & Material or Milestone-based projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Customer Success & Engagement 

• Collaborate with Client Partner and Solution Partner to develop a shared vision of success for every engagement. 

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and expectation management. 

• Project Delivery & Governance 

• Manage project kickoff calls and set clear expectations with stakeholders. 

• Plan resources, maintain calendars, and oversee project timelines. 

• Balance technical and human aspects to deliver high-quality outcomes. 

• Risk & Issue Management 

• Anticipate potential challenges, bottlenecks, and risks; implement mitigation strategies. 

• Handle escalations and resolve customer dissatisfaction gracefully and effectively. 

• Solution Alignment 

• Bring deep understanding of USEReady's offerings and map them to client challenges. 

• Ensure solutions are aligned with client objectives and industry best practices. 

• Communication & Leadership 

• Maintain effective communication across internal teams and client stakeholders. 

• Foster collaboration and accountability within the delivery team. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 

• Experience: 

• 15+ years in project delivery or program management within the technology or consulting industry. 

• Prior experience in the relevant industry (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, etc.). 

• Skills: 

• Strong project management and resource planning skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

• Ability to anticipate challenges and resolve issues under pressure. 

• Familiarity with delivery models (Time & Material, Milestone-based).
