What would you do Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for each new hire cohort, ensuring smooth transitions and accelerated time-to-productivity; coordinate manager and buddy readiness; implement standardized 30/60/90-day success plans; oversee redeployment and internal mobility pipelines; and deliver reporting on conversion, early attrition, ramp-up progress, and placement fill rates. Key responsibilities:

  • Design onboarding playbooks (Four C's: Compliance, Clarification, Culture, Connection).
  • Pre-start engagement, welcome kits, and staged information delivery.
  • Manage redeployment lifecycle and skills-to-role matching; track utilization.
  • Drive feedback loops; publish dashboards on TTP, early attrition, and placement rates. Work Model & Shifts: WFO; US shift leadership coverage as per roster.   • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

  • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
  • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
  • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
