- Prior team leadership / people management experience
- Strong knowledge of retail trading cycles and promotional mechanics
- Proficient with sales ops tools, Excel, and BI dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management with commercial and supplier teams
- Process improvement mindset; experience with automation tools a plus
- Qualifications: Bachelor s in business, Marketing or related Workstream / Function

- Role Purpose
- Lead the Category Coordinator team supporting Coles 360 sales operations — managing daily workflow, quality, capability uplift and stakeholder relationships across categories.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Category Coordinators
- Allocate workload across categories and trading moments
- Govern data quality, deal entry accuracy and SLA adherence
- Be primary escalation point for category and sales stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, automation adoption and capability uplift
- Coach team on category management, deal mechanics and tools
- Report performance, productivity and quality metrics
- Partner with AdOps, Data & Reporting and Trade teams
