What would you do Define Candidate onboarding & placement strategy; move from orientation to a sustained onboarding program; integrate skills visibility and redeployment to improve utilization; own KPIs (time-to-productivity, early attrition, redeployment success). Key responsibilities:
- Architect a multi-month onboarding journey; manager/buddy accountability; measurement and iteration.
- Establish pre-boarding engagement and day-1 excellence as non-negotiables.
- Build an internal talent marketplace/redeployment engine; policy, process, and technology enablers.
- Publish executive dashboards; tie outcomes to retention and productivity. Work Model & Shifts: WFO; overlap with US prime time for leadership and client reviews.
