What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. It is essential for financial transparency and accountability. keyword includes:-(Fixed asset,Amortization,Depreciation,Accruals,Finacial Consolidation,Account recon/ bank,Treasury,Finanacial reporting standard'financial analysis,SOX) Involves balancing all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-general ledger based source data to verify whether the balance sheet accounts are in balance with the source system feeding the general ledger. What are we looking for Qualifications: Any Graduation (MBA preferred)
