What would you do Job Description - Delivery Lead Role purpose Own end-to-end delivery for the Web workstream across a program/portfoliocoordinating requirements, releases, content, QA, and stakeholder communications to ensure predictable, compliant, high-quality web outcomes. Key responsibilities
- Lead web workstream planning: intake, sizing, sequencing, sprint/release calendars, dependency mapping, and go/no-go readiness.
- Serve as primary escalation point for web delivery risks/issues; drive mitigation and cross-team alignment.
- Coordinate across functions (CMS publishing, design, HTML/dev, QA, analytics, compliance, DAM) to deliver on time and within standards.
- Define/maintain delivery playbooks, SLAs/OLAs, RACI, and operating cadence (stand-ups, status reports, stakeholder reviews).
- Ensure governance: accessibility, brand standards, security/privacy, and content approvals are met prior to launch. Required skills & experience
- 610+ years in digital/web delivery, with demonstrated leadership over multi-squad delivery.
- Strong project/program management, risk management, stakeholder leadership, and prioritization. What are we looking for Tools (typical)
- Work management: Workfront/Jira/Azure DevOps
- CMS/DXP: AEM (preferred), Sitecore, etc.
- Reporting: dashboards, analytics platforms (Adobe/GA) Success measures
- On-time release delivery, reduced rework/defects, stable production performance, stakeholder satisfaction, audit-ready compliance. Roles and Responsibilities:
