Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Role Summary: The Team Lead of Response Management serves as the strategic leader overseeing the end-to-end response management function across global xxx brands. This role governs the outsourced delivery model, ensures alignment to commercial priorities, and drives quality, compliance, and win-rate performance across proposal and presentation activities. The Team Lead retains strategic oversight, stakeholder alignment, and performance accountability while enabling scalable execution Key Accountabilities
  • Response Strategy & Governance: Defines response management standards, review frameworks, win themes expectations, and quality guardrails to ensure consistent, high-impact submissions.
  • Commercial Alignment & Prioritization: Partners with Sales Leadership to align pursuit support with deal strategy, bid/no-bid decisions, and pipeline priorities.
  • Performance Oversight & KPI Management: Owns response function KPIs (win rate, SLA adherence, quality metrics) and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Outsourced Delivery Governance: Oversees offshore execution, approves SLAs and service scope, manages escalations, and ensures delivery meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Serves as senior liaison across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure alignment on complex or high-value pursuits.
  • Capability & Process Improvement: Identifies gaps in content, templates, tools, and workflows; prioritizes investments that improve efficiency, re-use, and competitiveness.
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensures responses meet governance, regulatory, and brand standards prior to final submission.
