We are looking for an experienced ODC Site Manager / Offshore Delivery Centre Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our Offshore Delivery Center in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT infrastructure, service delivery, and site operations, ensuring high availability of services, compliance with operational standards, and seamless coordination with internal teams and vendors.
This role will be responsible for managing ODC infrastructure, operational processes, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements while driving operational excellence and supporting the organization's objective of maintaining highly reliable and secure IT services.

Responsibilities
Site & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee ODC site infrastructure including servers, desktops, storage, and network devices.
- Ensure smooth operations of datacenters, virtual environments (VDI), and backups.
- Plan and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) readiness.
Team & Resource Management
- Lead onsite teams of IT support, infrastructure, and FMS engineers.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and conduct training sessions.
- Optimize resource utilization across projects and shifts.
Operations & Compliance
- Implement ITIL-based processes: Incident, Change, Problem, and Access Management.
- Ensure compliance with audits, ISO standards, SOE policies, and security regulations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, license tracking, and operational documentation.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and site-related services.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for audits, client escalations, and operations updates.
- Work closely with internal teams like HR, IT, Procurement, and Security for smooth ODC operations.
Cloud & Technology Integration
- Support cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure setups (Azure, AWS, Office365).
- Implement automation and monitoring solutions using tools like CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to maintain service quality.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership regarding audits, compliance, incidents, and asset management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing large IT teams and multi-site operations.
- Ability to handle complex infrastructure, cloud platforms, and hybrid setups.
- Strong operational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in IT service delivery, audit compliance, and process improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of servers, network, storage, VDI, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience in datacenter management and ODC operations.
