Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing applications using Java and React, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive project success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack applications using Java and React.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.


• Utilize Spring Boot and related frameworks to build robust backend services.


• Implement state management solutions using React.js and libraries such as Redux.


• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support application functionality.


• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, employing ORM frameworks for data management.


• Manage version control using Git and ensure code quality through best practices.


• Participate in the establishment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.


• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.


• Continuously improve development processes and practices to enhance team productivity.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.


• Strong experience with React.js and state management libraries like Redux.


• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.


• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.


• Experience with version control systems like Git.


• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.


• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a full stack development role.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
