Role Summary Own delivery, productivity, and revenue across strategic GCC accounts(TECH Hiring) . Lead a team of up to 15 recruiters. Build a predictable, numbers-driven permanent hiring engine.
This role combines client ownership + technical validation + commercial accountability. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Numbers • Own monthly / quarterly billing targets. • Break annual goals into monthly and weekly execution plans. • Track recruiter-wise productivity and conversion ratios. • Understand fee models, margins, and revenue realization. • Drive performance with a strong commercial mindset. Delivery Leadership • Manage and coach a team of up to 15 recruiters
Drive closures, TAT, CV-to-interview, and offer-to-join ratios. • Build trackers, dashboards, and SOP-led execution discipline. • Ensure consistent productivity per recruiter. Client & Stakeholder Management • Act as delivery SPOC for GCC clients. • Engage with HR and business stakeholders to understand hiring roadmaps. • Translate talent demand into structured execution plans. • Conduct data-backed delivery reviews. Quality & Technical Validation
Validate resumes before submission. • Conduct screening discussions for complex tech roles. • Ensure strong role alignment across Engineering, Data, Cloud, AI/ML, Product, Security. Ideal Candidate • 8+ years in tech recruitment / GCC hiring. • 4+ years managing teams. • Experience owning revenue targets. • Strong technical hiring exposure. • Comfortable working with targets, metrics, and performance accountability. • Structured, analytical, and commercially sharp. Success in This Role • Predictable monthly revenue. • High-quality submissions with strong conversions.
