Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Understanding business requirements leading to BRD and documenting the acceptance criterion
- Project Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones and budgets, risk assessment & mitigation plan, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Team & Technical Expertise:Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the b2b Low code/ No code platform, including architecture, infrastructure, and development processes. Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Quality Assurance:Implement and oversee testing and QA processes & test cases to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Continuous Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Total 4-5 Years Experience including, 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager/lead in B2B environment & BFSI Domain Specific.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Project management methodologies
- Understanding of technical flows, API documentation, product and business relevancy
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, CogniSaaS)
- Proven record of driving results in a high-growth environment
- Strong Team and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other teams / team members - Delivery, Technology, Product Management, Analytics etc.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
