Delivery Manager - Recruitments

The LHR Group is working with some of the top names in the country, including leading MNCs, well-funded startups, and large Indian conglomerates.

We have built a great recruitment team at our Noida office, and our looking for an experienced and hands on Manager to take over the delivery and performance of this team.

The ideal candidate will have worked in recruitment firms for at least 5 years, worked on mandates above 30 LPA and must be good at Head Hunting & Mapping along with Database Search, and a firm believer in processes. They will understand business and numbers and should be able to take business decisions.

You will be leading the team, responsible for their performance, their coaching / development and delivery on mandates. You will also be leading engagements with clients for delivery purpose.

You must be articulate, high energy, and enjoy the hustle and bustle of our business. This is as much a Coach role as of a Captain, and you must be someone who enjoys delivering results as much as developing their people.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Delivery on Mandates and Business Targets.
• Lead, mentor, and train recruiters to improve their performance.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of the sectors, companies, and talent markets being covered.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience and in training and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Proven experience in achieving individual and team hiring targets.
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a consultative approach to recruitment.
