- We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager with strong PLM domain expertise specifically Siemens Teamcenter to lead and grow a multi client delivery portfolio
- This role is ideal for a senior leader who thrives in customer facing large scale delivery environments and can independently manage complex programs teams and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- What You ll Do
- Own end to end delivery for a PLM portfolio centered on Teamcenter
- Manage a portfolio of 6 10 clients with revenue responsibility of USD 3 5M per quarter
- Lead and mentor large delivery teams 50 members
- Act as the primary customer interface managing senior client stakeholders
- Drive delivery governance account health financials and risk management
- Ensure high quality execution across PLM implementations upgrades rollouts and AMS
- Partner with internal sales and leadership for account growth and strategic initiatives
Technical Requirements:
- What We re Looking For
- 15 years of overall experience with strong exposure to delivery leadership roles
- Hands on experience with PLM platforms Teamcenter is mandatory
- Proven track record in PLM implementations support or large engineering programs
- Prior experience managing portfolio programs and large revenue accounts
- Strong customer management stakeholder engagement and decision making skills
- Ability to operate independently at a senior leadership level
- Location Work Model
- It can be any location in India where we have DC but Bangalore or Pune preferred
