Qualifications
Job Description:
- 10–15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in any COTs solution implementation or account management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
- Familiarity with any P&C system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
- Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Customer Development: Work closely with customer leadership to develop customers long term strategy and identify additional opportunities for Aggne
- Coordination and Facilitation: Define, schedule and facilitate customer meetings and interaction
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of project delivery and client communication
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, promoting best practices and lessons learned across projects
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis of project performance to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaboration: Collaborate with both onshore and offshore resources to ensure effective delivery of the project
- Manage Project Risks, Issues and Dependencies: Work with stakeholders to ensure that risks are managed, dependencies are being met and issues are resolved
- Monitoring: The Senior Delivery Manager should be monitoring and managing production support and issues and ensuring that they are being resolved in a timely fashion
- Governance: Ensure that project management base principles are met, and Agile processes are being followed Vendor Management: Work with Duck Creek and/or other vendors to ensure coordination and escalation of issues and dependencies
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements
- Proposals: Work with the sales team to create proposals and SOWs for the customer
