Job Description

  • Ownend-to-end delivery managementof OpenText technical projects including implementation, upgrades, migrations, and support.
  • Lead and managelarge, multi-location technical teamsacross Pan India.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuringdelivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical leadership inOpenText Content Server, Archive Center, Documentum, xECM, and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
  • Manage project planning, execution, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence toSLAs, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Drive governance, review mechanisms, and reporting for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams fortechnical solutioning and estimations.
  • Oversee upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
  • Mentor and develop technical leads and architects within the delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of IT experience withstrong OpenText Technical background.
  • Proven experience as aDelivery Manager / Program Manager / Engagement Manager.
  • Hands-on or strong oversight experience with:
  • OpenText Content Server
  • OpenText Archive Center
  • OpenText xECM
  • OpenText Documentum (preferred)
  • Experience inOpenText upgrades, migrations, and integrations(especially with SAP).
  • Strong understanding ofITIL, Agile, and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder, customer, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience managinglarge programs and multi-vendor environments.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
