Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations and ensure stable operations across strategic customer accounts. The role involves driving end-to-end engineering governance, managing multi-track delivery, and aligning technical execution with business objectives in a multi-vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering governance and delivery for Salesforce programs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
- Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the lifecycle.
- Guide teams across design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and requirement coverage through reviews.
- Conduct governance meetings (weekly/bi-weekly), MPRs, and QPRs with stakeholders.
- Maintain production stability and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.
- Lead people management including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
- Identify skill gaps and drive team upskilling aligned with project roadmap.
- Build leadership pipeline and succession planning within the team.
