Role Summary
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of project delivery across multiple ODCs and client engagements. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning delivery excellence, team leadership, client relationship management, and revenue growthensuring alignment with VotaryTech's 9 strategic approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Excellence & Quality
- Lead and monitor delivery of complex projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Implement and tailor delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, V-Model) based on team maturity and client requirements
- Drive defect prevention, process adherence, and customer satisfaction across project lifecycles
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with global clients (e.g., Qualcomm, Sony, AMD)
- Handle client escalations with structured problem-solving and transparent communication
- Drive trust and retention through consistent engagement and value delivery
Team Leadership & ODC Governance
- Build and lead high-performing delivery teams across geographies (India, US, Europe, APAC)
- Create sustainable leadership layers (PODs, team leads, module owners) for scalable growth
