Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.

Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any risks or issues promptly.

Team Leadership:

Coordinate with DevOps, Integration, and Data Engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and goals.

Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Technical Oversight:

Utilize expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and Databricks to guide the technical aspects of project delivery.

Oversee the integration of data systems and ensure the effective use of data platforms.

Ensure best practices are followed in data management, processing, and reporting.

DevOps and Integration:

Implement and manage DevOps practices to enhance the efficiency of the software development lifecycle.

Oversee integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems and platforms.

Optimize deployment pipelines and automation to streamline operations.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring projects align with their objectives.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or feedback.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technologies relevant to the role. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.

Strong expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Databricks.

Experience with data integration and management best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
