Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 3+ years in a Delivery Manager role.
- Proven experience in managing P&C Insurance projects and delivering technology solutions within the insurance domain.
- Experience leading Agile Scrum teams, including managing sprints, backlog, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams in an offshore-onshore model, with a focus on an Offshore Development Center (ODC) approach.
- Strong technical background in Java or .NET platforms, with the ability to understand technical issues and guide development teams.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong people management skills, with experience in mentoring, motivating, and leading diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques to track progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments, working with both offshore and onshore teams.
