Salary Up-to 30 LPA

Experience- Min 12 yrs to Max 15 yrs

Eligibility- Any Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, IT, Finance or related field; HRIS or payroll certifications (12+3 yrs of regular education)

Requirement & Key Skills-

-Experience in HR operations, HRIS delivery, or HRO service management with exposure to payroll and system implementation

-Strong expertise in HRIS platforms (Oracle HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors) 

-Knowledge of US payroll statutory requirements and compliance
