As a Delivery Manager you will be leading and managing a team of developers(AI Engineers, Fullstack, QA Engineers and data engineers), with a focus on building applications and platform solutions leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies.

About the Role

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML program objectives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with individual projects.
• Ensure that related data assets and models are discoverable and re-usable for multiple projects.
• Track program progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization across program projects.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and contribute to overall program goals.
• Support risk management activities for the program.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, data engineering, and software development, and identify opportunities to apply them in client projects.
• Develop, refine, and implement advanced predictive models to generate insights from complex structured and unstructured data sets.
• Define success metrics and deliverable timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on [3-4 years] in managing Gen AI based platform development and data engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches).

Required Skills

• Should be good in estimations, forecasting and resource management.
• Should be good in tracking and improving project KPIs and metrics.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their AI/ML services.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Snowflake) and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, processes, tools, and platforms.
• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Proficiency in leading GenAI based application development projects and a focus on leveraging AI technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing large-scale AI/ML projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
