Delivery Manager – General Staffing & Blue-Collar Hiring

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – General Staffing to lead high-volume recruitment and workforce deployment for blue-collar and frontline staffing requirements across Chennai. The role will be responsible for team management, recruitment delivery, client coordination, manpower fulfilment and achieving agreed SLAs/TATs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in the Staffing / Manpower / Recruitment Services industry only.
- Mandatory experience with a General Staffing / Blue-Collar Staffing / Workforce Solutions / Manpower Services company.
- Strong hands-on experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment and workforce deployment.
- Experience handling multiple client requirements, manpower fulfilment, recruitment TAT/SLA and deployment targets.
- Strong exposure to hiring for Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, Facilities, Security, Delivery and other frontline workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and deployment for blue-collar/general staffing requirements.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements within agreed SLA/TAT.
- Drive high-volume sourcing through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, job fairs, field sourcing and local networks.
- Monitor recruitment pipeline, selections, offers, joining and deployment status.
Team Management
- Lead and manage recruiters/sourcing executives.
- Set hiring targets and monitor daily productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and improve team productivity.
- Ensure effective allocation and utilization of recruitment resources.
Client Management
- Coordinate with clients on manpower requirements, timelines and deployment plans.
- Participate in client review meetings and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Address fulfilment challenges, candidate dropouts and replacement requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality.
Process & Performance
- Monitor recruitment MIS and key delivery metrics.
- Identify sourcing and recruitment bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure quality of candidates and adherence to client requirements.
