This role is strictly involved in the management of the product/project and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application management and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Your role in our mission

  • Responsible for leading the Portfolio Reporting for the Implementation Practice
  • Leads Delivery Excellence for reporting with IP Senior Leaders
  • Works with the PDO Director and Managers to evolve PMO delivery for DDI's
  • Responsible for Hiring, onboarding, and training of the PMO analysts in the PDO in all areas of PMO delivery both onshore and cross shore
  • Responsible for all hiring manager duties of the PMO analysts in the PDO both onshore and cross shore
  • Acts as a backup to Director as needed
  • Supports Sales and Solutioning efforts for RFP's
  • Develops and maintains project staffing models and proactively Identifies appropriate resources required. Works with leadership to staff their projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years experience as a PMO Lead preferably experienced in Medicaid and Healthcare
  • Minimum 10 years experience in implementation of software technology projects
  • PMP certification required
  • Agile certification preferred
  • Expert in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage work in remote environment
  • Conveys expert knowledge of project management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches - exudes credibility as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to support US hours and key meetings
  • Must be able to facilitate and support client and internal meetings
  • Must be able to use a computer in a private office setting daily
