Delivery Manager - Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients and manage service delivery according to client SLAs.
• Create, maintain, and update process documentation promptly.
• Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review, and root cause analysis.
• Assist with new team member training and ensure consistent growth and development.
• Review overall staff performance and ensure that all targets for controlling attrition and shrinkage are met.
• Prepare and maintain management/operational reports and monitor process KPI and dashboard metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in E/M (Evaluation and Management) IP (Inpatient)/OP (Outpatient) coding.
• Certified coder from AAPC or AHIMA.
• Experience in team handling.
• Good communication skills.
