Role Description The Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of immigration consulting services, ensuring that client cases are managed efficiently and meet quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating consulting engagements, monitoring project timelines, managing resources, and resolving delivery issues as they arise. The Delivery Manager will work closely with consultants and leadership to define delivery processes, track performance metrics, and implement improvements. The role also involves regular communication with clients, aligning expectations, and ensuring that services are delivered on time and in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
