Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple technology projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve delivery goals.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment.
• Allocate and optimize resources across projects for maximum efficiency.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Define and enforce project management best practices across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvement in project delivery frameworks.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
