Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage software engineering teams delivering user-centric applications on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong people leadership, delivery ownership, and a solid technical foundation to drive high-quality outcomes across the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software engineering teams of 1520 associates
- Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile (Scrum) methodologies
- Plan and manage delivery schedules, forecasting, budgets, and resource allocation
- Own people management, performance, and retention planning
- Ensure adherence to CI/CD practices and test automation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party products for integrations
- Ensure high-quality communication with stakeholders and leadership
Must-Have Skills
- 12+ years of experience as a Project / Delivery Manager leading engineering teams
- Strong experience delivering cloud-based applications (AWS preferred)
- Solid technical background in .NET; working knowledge of PHP is a plus
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Agile (Scrum) delivery experience
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Test Automation practices
- Proven experience in vendor management and system integrations
- Team-first mindset with strong leadership and collaboration skills
- High proficiency with MS Office, Jira, and Confluence (or equivalent tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience integrating AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or Gemini Agent into development workflows
- Using AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation
- Evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies to improve productivity and software quality
- Leveraging AI tools for code optimization and refactoring initiatives
Education & Certifications
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Scrum certification required
