Delivery Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP service operations and service management delivery, ensuring operational stability and adherence to defined processes.
• Own IT audit readiness and support SOX compliance activities, including control evidence collection and validation.
• Manage SAP SOLMAN (Solution Manager) operations, including monitoring, operational workflows, and governance for SOLMAN-based processes.
• Coordinate change and release activities, ensuring approvals, scheduling, and implementation follow established controls.
• Oversee incident management and incident response execution to minimize impact and ensure timely resolution and reporting.

Skills Required:

• 12-18 years of relevant experience in IT service delivery, SAP operations, and audit/compliance governance.
• Strong experience in SAP service operations and service management.
• Good understanding of SOX compliance processes and IT audit requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SOLMAN operations and governance.
• Experience in managing change management, release management, and operational controls.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and service delivery processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience in incident management and incident response frameworks.
• Exposure to ITIL practices and governance models.
• Knowledge of SAP operational monitoring and compliance reporting tools.

Education:Any Graduation (Information Technology preferred)
