About the Role

We are looking for Strong AMS Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery for key Retail Clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail application delivery, proven experience in managing retail clients, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage application delivery for a major retail customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Provide solutions for existing and new projects, including RFP responses
• Drive KPI-based and Agile-based execution of IT services projects
• Oversee financial management, project governance, and people management
• Ensure strong execution across all application delivery initiatives

Experience: 12–18 Years

Required Skills

• Proven track record of leading a retail customer
• Strong hands-on experience in retail application delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage P&L
• Experience in managing RFPs, solutions design, and project execution
• Strong understanding of KPIs, Agile methodologies, and IT service delivery
• Expertise in people management and financial oversight
