Delivery Manager

Job Purpose

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have good exposure towards M&A or capital raising deal execution and display strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onshore client to execute live M&A, buy-side/sell-side, and capital raising transactions across multiple sectors

• Lead key workstreams during deal execution, including valuation, due diligence coordination, process management, and preparation of IM and management presentations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision makers

• Build complex financial models including three-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, merger models, accretion/dilution analyses and scenario-based valuation frameworks

• Draft and review core IB materials such as teasers, CIMs, pitchbooks, board materials and valuation reports

• Support on full lifecycle of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) engagement across both buy-side and sell-side transactions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Legal, Valuation and Transaction Advisory

• Conduct industry, market and competitive landscape to support valuation, strategic analysis and client discussions

• Drive idea generation and origination, leveraging market insights and sector knowledge to create new mandates

• Affinity for current events, critical issues and relevant news

• Prepare client presentations, strategy decks and C-level communication materials

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous leaning

Key Competencies

• MBA/ CFA/ CA with 8+ years of experience in the Investment banking space, specializing in deal execution

• Strong analytical expertise with the ability to translate large data sets into clear, actionable insights for senior bankers and clients

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.

• Demonstrated success in leading and closing transactions

• Prior experience in Deal Strategy / Origination and Execution / Transaction Advisory / Management Consulting preferred
