The impact that you will be making

As a Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery and growth of a portfolio of client accounts, going beyond single-project execution to drive sustained business impact. You will act as a P&L owner for a portfolio, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth across multiple engagements.

This role requires a blend of program management, client leadership, and strategic thinking, with accountability for timelines, resources, quality, and commercial outcomes across all accounts within your portfolio.

What This Role Entails

Portfolio & P&L Ownership

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, owning overall delivery, growth, and profitability
  • Act as the P&L owner, driving revenue expansion, margin improvement, and long-term account strategy
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagements and create new revenue streams

Program & Delivery Management

  • Oversee multiple projects and programs across accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Drive end-to-end program management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
  • Plan and optimize resource allocation (people, budgets, timelines) across the portfolio

Client Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across accounts
  • Manage and strengthen executive-level client relationships
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery and business-related matters
  • Lead onsite/offshore coordination where applicable

Risk & Governance

  • Proactively identify and manage delivery, operational, and commercial risks
  • Develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans
  • Establish strong governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking

Analytics & Consulting Excellence

  • Drive the development of advanced analytical frameworks and solutions that create measurable business impact
  • Translate complex business problems into data-driven strategies and insights
  • Implement scalable analytical methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Ensure adoption of best practices in technology, quality, and delivery standards

Team Leadership & Organization Building

  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives, capability building, and thought leadership

What Lands You In This Role

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or program management
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts or a portfolio of clients
  • Experience with P&L ownership or revenue responsibility
  • Strong program management and resource planning expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through analytics and strategic thinking
  • Experience in CPG/Retail domain is a plus
