Required Technical Skill Set: Cloud Delivery & Transformation Program Management

Desired Experience Range: 15+ Yrs

Location of Requirement: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai

Desired Competencies:

Must-Have

• End-to-end Cloud delivery management across transformation lifecycle (Assess, Migrate, Modernize, Operate)

• Deep expertise in hyperscaler platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Cloud program governance, multi-workload migration planning, and landing zone design oversight

• FinOps discipline — cloud cost management, optimization, chargeback/showback frameworks

• P&L ownership, revenue accountability, and financial management of cloud engagements

• Resource management, pyramid management, and onboarding execution

• Risk & issue management, escalation handling, and cloud security/compliance governance

• Stakeholder, vendor & hyperscaler partner management within complex multi-cloud environments

Good-to-Have

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

• Experience with DevSecOps, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and cloud-native modernization

• Hands-on experience with large-scale cloud migration and managed services programs

• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Expert / GCP Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent

• Analytical mindset, problem-solving aptitude, and strong business acumen

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

A strong Cloud Delivery Leader should be able to produce/own the following outputs:

• Cloud Delivery Plan + detailed Program Governance & Cloud Operating Model Framework

• BCP + cloud risk/mitigation and disaster recovery/resilience plan

• Acceptance criteria + cloud readiness assessments/reports/sign-offs

• Migration wave plan + cutover strategy + go-live readiness checklist

• Cloud-native operations plan + FinOps framework + handover to managed services

• Weekly governance pack (RAID, KPIs, migration status, cost tracking)

• Stakeholder communication plan and executive cloud transformation dashboards

• Financial tracking, cloud cost forecasting, optimization reporting, and P&L management
