Delivery Lead / Tech Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Technology Project Plan for Legal Day 1 readiness.
• Drive delivery across applications, infrastructure, networks, operations, security, data, and end-user technology.
• Define, mobilise, and manage Technology Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), including service scope, dependencies, SLAs/OLAs, governance, and reporting.
• Coordinate cutover planning, readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, hypercare, and stabilisation activities.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders including Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Cyber Security, and external vendors.
• Maintain project governance, including RAID logs, dependency tracking, milestone reporting, and escalation management.
• Ensure technology controls, security, data privacy, resilience, and operational requirements are addressed for Day 1.
• Develop and manage the TSA exit and transition plan, including service separation, migration, handover, and transition to BAU.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technology Project Manager managing complex technology transformation or transition programmes.
• Strong experience in separations, carve-outs, mergers, entity migrations, major transitions, or Legal Day 1 readiness programmes.
• Experience with Transitional Service Agreements (TSA), service transition, or similar transition service models is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, including service catalogues, SLAs/OLAs, incident, problem, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong project planning, dependency management, risk management, governance, and executive reporting skills.
• Understanding of technology risk, controls, cyber security, data privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced technology service providers is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Project/Plan, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM, and ITIL certification/background are preferred.
