What would you do Ensure the team is performing well and maintaining the SLAs, KPIs. Manage the project financials. Lead the transformations to save the operations cost. Lead the multiple teams at multiple locations

What are we looking for

  • Telecom products: MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, Wireless
  • Network fundamentals: IP, VLANs, bandwidth, routing concepts
  • Order Management & Provisioning systems (Amdocs / Netcracker / ServiceNow)
  • Strong understanding of activation workflows
  • Excel / data analysis (validation & reconciliation) KPIs: Order cycle time (TAT), Fallout rate, First-time-right activation %, Rework reduction
  • ServiceNow Order Management
  • Inventory systems exposure
  • Understanding of network configurations (read-level)
  • Automation mindset (workflow improvement) Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead a larger team with reporting into senior stakeholders and Accenture leadership
  • Lead the internal and external suppliers
  • Responsible of KPIs, SLAs and reporting dashboard for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead the transformation using the Agentic AI
  • Manage end-to-end Order to Activate lifecycle
  • Validate customer orders for technical & commercial feasibility
  • Coordinate with Sales, Network, Field Operations, and Vendors
  • Configure services via provisioning systems
  • Track order fallout and drive resolution
  • Ensure billing readiness and clean handover to Assurance
  • Maintain activation SLAs and documentation, Any Graduation
